Day 01 : Drive to Sundarijal (1310m.) 1:00hr.and trek to Chisapani (2215m) 6hrs. over night at lodge.
Day 02 : Trek to Chisapani – Kutumsang (2470m) 7hrs. over night at lodge.
Day 03 : Trek to Kutumsang – Tharepati (3600m) 5hrs. over night at lodge.
Day 04 : Trek to Tharepati – Tarkeghyang (2740m) 5hrs. over night at lodge.
Day 05: Trek to Tarkeghyang – Sermathang (2590m) 5hrs. over night at lodge.
Day 06: Trek to Sermathang – Melamchi Bazaar (870m) 6hrs. over night at lodge.
Day 07: Drive to Melamchi Bazaar – Kathmandu.(1300m.) 4hrs. over night at hotel in Kathmandu.
